Loretta Sykes

Loretta joined the Executive Movers Service team after two extensive periods of time with two very different companies.

Loretta’s work experience at Bancroft, a leading provider of programs and supports for children and adults with autism, acquired brain injuries, and other intellectual or developmental disabilities; posed many one on one challenges for her.

Bancroft operates on a set of core values based on the guiding principle of RESPECT (Responsible, Empathetic, Supportive, Passionate, Empowered, Committed, Trustworthy). As a Vocational Advocate for persons with disabilities, Loretta worked one on one with her clients. On any given day, Loretta could be responsible for providing transportation for one of her clients; working alongside them at their place of employment, ensuring their understanding and proper execution of the task. Loretta was also responsible for setting goals and training programs for her clients, which were then reviewed by the administrators of Bancroft and the New Jersey State Department of Health and Human Services. She also worked in the residential program which helps train individuals to utilize life skills to allow them to live on their own.

Loretta left Bancroft to broaden her work experience on larger stage. Loretta went to work for one of the leading national security firms, providing security guard and investigative solutions with proven performance and quick response. In her role as an Account Manager, she was responsible for securing and providing security details for her multiple clients. She served as a liaison between the contractor network and the client’s loss prevention, maintenance and human resource departments. The ever changing needs of the business, enabled Loretta to become well versed in efficiently handling any situation from weather related issues, to personnel emergencies, to natural disasters – ensuring her clients locations were taken care of.

Loretta’s skill set she developed at both Bancroft and Security Resources, transitioned perfectly into the needs of Executive Movers Service. She is excited about the challenges that the relocation industry presents and looks forward to building on these talents as she works with our clients and suppliers as our Customer Service Supervisor.
